
IE4/IE3/ IE2 motors are built around standard 3-phase motors using special materials. These motors from LHP are developed in accordance with energy-saving guidelines from IEC (IEC/ EN 60034-30-1:2014) and approved by BIS as per the latest IS 12615. These are available in CI material from 0.09 kW to 1000 kW and in aluminum material from 0.18 KW to 7.5 KW with protection class IP55, IP56, IP57, IP66 and IP67 as optional.

LHP Flame-Proof Motors are designed for safe operation in hazardous environments. Their robust construction prevents internal sparks from reaching the surrounding explosive atmosphere. Available in IE2, IE3, and IE4, these motors comply with IS/IEC/EN 60079-1 standards. They are suitable for Zones 1, 2, 21, and 22, with gas groups I, IIA, IIB, and IIC and temperature classes up to T6. These are available upto 500 KW rating and in protection class IP55, IP56, IP57, IP66 and IP67 as optional.

LHP Inferno Series Motors are designed for smoke extraction and ventilation in closed, confined, and crowded spaces. Complying with EN 12101-3, these motors help maintain air circulation and extract smoke during fire emergencies, improving visibility for firefighting operations. They are available for continuous operation at temperatures of 180°C, 200°C, 250°C, 300°C, and 400°C for up to two hours and up to 315 KW rating with protection class IP55, IP56, IP57, IP66 and IP67 as optional.

LHP Brake Motors are designed for reliable and safe stopping in applications such as packaging lines. They use fail-safe electromagnetic brakes mounted on the rear side of the motor. The brakes operate on DC supply and engage automatically when the power is switched off. A built-in rectifier in the terminal box converts AC power to DC for smooth brake operation. These motors are available from range 0.09 kW to 90 kW with protection class IP55, IP56, IP57, IP66 and IP67 as optional.

LHP Roller Table Motors are specially designed for conveyors used to move steel billets through roller mills in steel plants. These motors comply with IPSS No. 1-03-007-14 and are available up to 500KW and 450 frame size in 4, 6, and 8 poles. They can operate reliably in extreme ambient temperatures from -35°C to +70°C. Options include online greasing, PTC thermistors, RTD/BTD sensors, encoders, and electromagnetic brakes.

These motors feature an inbuilt incremental encoder that provides real-time feedback for accurate and reliable motor control. Encoders are available for motors up to 315 kW with a robust bearing and safety-lock design. Large bearings and solid construction ensure high stability against vibrations and installation errors. The encoder is integrated under the fan cowl, making it suitable for harsh outdoor applications.

LHP offers reliable Naval and Marine Duty Motors designed for continuous operation in harsh saline and marine environments.
