They are operated in a closed loop mechanism which registers its position feedback to control its rotational speed.

Control Technique – Low Inertia Motors for variable speed applications. These are induction motors with electronic speed controllers to meet the requirement of variable speed by optimizing operation at constant torque down to 10 %of the rated speed without de-rating or force ventilation. These motors come with encoder, Brake & Force ventilation. These can also be used for constant torque & position control applications.
